9. Sit on your heels, then spread your heels apart so that you are sitting between them (Celibate Pose). Hold the position for 30 seconds then lie back so that your upper torso is on the floor. Start once again at the beginning of Ragi Sat Nam Singh's “Jaap Sahib” and raise your head up off the floor and lie back down each time he chants “Namo” or “Namastang.” 3 1/2 Minutes. Yogis say that a person should be in a position to comfortably sit in this posture unless there is some difficulty with the sex glands or immune system.
